Proof of vaccination is not required. Masks are not mandatory but strongly recommended. Foot traffic is one-way through the entire attraction and re-entry is not permitted. Hand sanitizing stations are loted in lobby and various areas throughout the attraction.?Please note that there is no holding of birds/animals in Encounters at this time.
Reservations and time-specific tickets are not required. Tickets n be purchased online or at the door upon arrival.
